1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Fisheries (Dynamite) Ordinance, 1911.

2. Every person who uses dynamite or other explosive substance to catch or destroy fish in the waters of the Colony shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars, or to imprisonment for any term not exceeding two months.
