5.-(1) The bailiffs of the court shall be employed under Employment the provisions of this Ordinance.
(2) The salaries, allowances, and expenses of the bailiffs and other officers employed under this Ordinance shall be paid out of the general revenue.

(2) No fees shall be taken or demanded for such distresses First except those set out in the First Schedule.
