Section 27 (3) and (4) (which relate to the making of an annual return in the form of a balance sheet, and to the insertion, in the annual list and summary, of the auditors' report and of any communication subject to which the auditors' report is made).

Section 77 (4), (5) and (6) (which relate to the laying of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and reports before the general meeting, and to the circulation of balance sheets and reports).

Section 115 (which relates to the right of preference shareholders and debenture holders to receive and inspect balance sheets and reports).
