CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.
3. Nothing in this Code shall affect-
(1) the rights, privileges, or remedies, of the Crown, or the existing jurisdiction or powers of the court, further or otherwise than is herein expressly enacted in that behalf; or
(2) the practice or procedure of the court prescribed by any enactment relating to-
(a) causes or matters testamentary, or in bankruptcy, or in its Admiralty jurisdiction; or
(b) the incorporation, regulation, and winding up of companies and other associations.
4. In all cases with respect to which no provision is made by this Code, the Rules of Practice in force in the Supreme Court in England on the 31st day of December, 1911, shall be deemed to be in force in the court, subject to their applicability and with such modifications as the circumstances may require:

Provided that where any Practice is provided for the English rule shall be subject dealt with in such Rules wholly or in part in this Code, deemed not to be in force in the court.
