(3) Where a debtor has been guilty of any criminal offence, he shall not be exempt from being proceeded against therefor by reason that he has obtained his discharge or that a composition or scheme of arrangement has been accepted or approved.

Schedules.

85. The forms in the First Schedule with such variations and additions as circumstances may require, may be used for proceedings under this Ordinance and shall, as regards the form thereof, be valid and sufficient.

86. The fees mentioned in the Second Schedule shall be charged in respect of the various matters to which they relate: Provided that the court may, for good cause shown, dispense with the payment of any particular fee or fees or any part thereof, on such terms as it may think fit.

87. All fees and commissions received by or payable to the Official Receiver on the appointment of a trustee other than himself or for acting as trustee, and any remuneration received by the Official Receiver as an interim receiver or otherwise, shall be paid by such officer forthwith into the Treasury.
