(d) a statement as to whether the transferee is assuming or is intended to assume all the liabilities incurred in the business by the transferor.
(4) The production of the Gazette containing the notice shall be prima facie evidence as against both the transferor and the transferee of the statements contained in the notice.
(5) Nothing in this section shall have the effect of relieving the transferor from any liability to which he would otherwise be subject.

WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony for the year 1924 has, apart from the contribution to the Imperial Government in aid of Military Expenditure and Charges on account of Public Debt, been estimated at the sum of Nineteen million eight hundred and ninety-seven thousand three hundred and two Dollars:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation Ordinance for 1924.
Short title.
2. A sum not exceeding nineteen million eight hundred and ninety-seven thousand three hundred and two dollars shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony for the service of the year 1924, and the said sum so charged may be expended as hereinafter specified, that is to say:--
