66. The payment of any fare for which any passenger not producing or delivering up his ticket is liable may be enforced in the same manner as any fine imposed by this Ordinance.
67. A copy of this Ordinance and of the rules, time tables, and tariff of charges in respect of the railway which shall be duly made and published shall be exhibited in some conspicuous place at each station so that they may be easily seen and read, and all such documents shall be so exhibited in English. There shall also be exhibited in like manner within and also without each station a schedule in English and Chinese of all offences punishable under this Ordinance and of the penalties attaching to each offence respectively.

68. Any person who wilfully or maliciously removes, defaces, or in any way injures any document exhibited by the railway authorities as required by the last section or any notice or document posted by them at the station or anywhere upon the railway, shall be liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding 20 dollars, or to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 3 months.

ARTICLES TO BE DECLARED AND INSURED. [s. 24.]
(a) gold and silver, coined or uncoined, manufactured or unmanufactured;
(b) plated articles;
(c) cloths and tissue and lace of which gold or silver forms part, not being the uniform or part of the uniform of an officer, soldier, sailor, police officer, or of any public officer entitled to wear uniform;
(d) pearls, precious stones, jewellery and trinkets;
(e) watches, clocks and timepieces of any description;
(f) Government securities;
