PART I.

Regulation.

[28th October, 1910.]

1. The New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910.

2. All regulations, rules and orders made under the New Territories (Regulation) Ordinance, 1899, the New Territories Land Ordinance, 1905, and the New Territories Small Debts Court Ordinance, 1908, respectively (all of which Ordinances are hereby repealed) shall continue to be valid and binding.

3. In this Ordinance,

"District officer" includes Assistant District Officer.
