REGULATIONS AS TO FAIRWAYS, &C. I.--FAIRWAYS.

1. All direct approaches to anchorages in the waters of the Colony are declared to be fairways.

2. There shall be two principal fairways through the harbour for the passage of vessels of over 60 tons burden, and such fairways shall be named as follows-
