And if there are more counts than one, then the second and every subsequent count, if any, may, with the necessary additions and modifications, be in the following form:-

And also, that the said A.B., on the 19 day of in this Colony, three pairs of shoes and one waistcoat, the property of C.D., before then feloniously stolen, taken, and carried away, feloniously did receive and have, he, the said A.B., at the time when he so received the said three pairs of shoes and the said waistcoat as aforesaid, then well knowing the same to have been feloniously stolen, taken, and carried away.
