Act of 1906.

THE EXTRADITION ACTS.

And whereas bribery is not at present included in the list of crimes in 33 & 34 Vict. the 1st schedule to the Extradition Act, 1870, and the said Convention c. 52.

cannot be published in conformity with the laws of the United Kingdom until bribery is so included :--

Short title.

1. The Extradition Act, 1870, shall be construed as if bribery were included in the list of crimes in the 1st schedule to that Act.

2. This Act may be cited as the Extradition Act, 1906; and the Extradition Acts, 1870 to 1895, and this Act may be cited together as the Extradition Acts, 1870 to 1906.
