Know all men by these presents that we, A.B., of , and E.F., of , are held and firmly bound unto C.D., of , in the penal sum of dollars, to be paid to the said C.D., or his executors, administrators or assigns; for which payment to be made we jointly and severally bind ourselves, and each and every of us, and our and every of our respective heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents.
