Payment to parties en-titled of sums not exceeding $100.

coverture, infaney, lunacy, or other incapacity of the parties entitled to such moneys, such nomination may lawfully be made by their respective husbands, guardians, committees, or trustees; but such last-mentioned application of the moneys shall not be made unless the Company approves thereof and of the trustees named for the purpose.
(2.) The money so paid to such trustees, and the produce arising therefrom, shall be applied by such trustees in the manner hereinbefore directed with respect to money paid into Court, but it shall not be necessary to obtain any order of the Court for that purpose.
88. If such money does not exceed the sum of one hundred dollars, the same shall be paid to the parties entitled to the rents and profits of the lands in respect whereof the same is payable, for their own use and benefit, or, in case of the coverture, infancy, idiotcy, lunacy, or other incapacity of any such parties, then such money shall be paid, for their use, to the respective husbands, guardians, committees, or trustees of such persons.
89. All sums of money exceeding one hundred dollars which may be payable by the Company in respect of the taking, using, or interfering with any lands under a contract or agreement with any person who is not entitled to dispose of such lands, or of the interest therein contracted to be sold by him, absolutely for his own benefit, shall be paid into Court or to trustees in manner aforesaid.

90. Where any purchase money or compensation paid into Court under the provisions of this Ordinance has been so paid in respect of any direct application of lease for a life or lives or years, or for a life or lives and years, or any money in respect of life interest less than the whole interest granted by any Crown lease, it shall be lawful for the Court or a Judge, upon the petition to the Court in a summary way of any party interested therein, to order that the same shall be laid out, invested, accumulated, and paid in such manner as the Court or such Judge may consider will give to the parties interested in such money the same benefit therefrom as they might lawfully have had from the interest in respect of which such money has been paid, or as near thereto as may be.
Assignment of lands on payment being made.
91.-(1.) On payment in manner hereinbefore provided of the purchase money or compensation agreed or determined to be paid in respect of any of the lands mentioned in the said Fourth Schedule and purchased or taken by the Company under the provisions of this Ordinance, the owner of such lands, including in such term all parties by this Ordinance enabled to sell or assign lands, shall, when required to do so by the Company, duly assign such lands to the Company or as it may direct.

(2.) In conveying lands to it, the Company thinks fit, the parties interested in such lands which were vested in them, and declaring in such deed, the trusts on which they would have described the same, and other particulars, thereupon, on petition by any party interested, between the parties, or as between them and the Company, compensation shall be paid as aforesaid, and the parties, an agreement to sell and convey, and of such lands lawfully.
92. If the lands in the Fourth Schedule are therein, on payment being made, or tendered, refuses to accept the same, or to convey such lands or to execute such conveyance, the Company, on due inquiry being made, it shall be lawful for the Company to pay compensation into Court, subject to...
