No. 4. THE ORDINANCES OF HONGKONG: [A.D. 1886.

24. No person shall be prosecuted or sued for any penalty imposed by this Ordinance unless such prosecution is commenced or such action is brought within six months next after such penalty has been incurred: nor unless such prosecution or action is commenced, prosecuted, entered, or filed in the name of the Attorney General of the Colony and with his assent.
