No. 10. THE ORDINANCES OF HONGKONG: [A.D. 1899

(b.) Any master and any surgeon or medical officer of any such vessel who signs any such certificate as aforesaid containing any false statement, and any person who signs any such certificate as surgeon or medical officer of the vessel when not duly entered on such articles or document as aforesaid, shall be deemed to be guilty of a breach of these Regulations, and may be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
