2. In this Ordinance, and in any rule, regulation, by-law, or Order- Interpretation of 1910 Council made thereunder, unless the context otherwise requires,

Stipendiary Magistrate" means and includes any Police Magistrate of the Colony and the Marine Magistrate :

"Master" includes every person (except a pilot) having command or charge of any ship:

Seaman" includes every person (except masters, pilots, and apprentices duly indentured and registered) employed or engaged in any capacity on board any ship:

"Vessel" includes any ship or boat or any other description of Vessel used in navigation:

“Ship" includes any description of vessel used in navigation not propelled by oars, except junks or lorchas not propelled by steam:
