Summons to the Defendant on an Information or Complaint.
HONGKONG.
IN THE POLICE COURT AT
To C.D., of labourer.
Information having this day been laid [or complaint having this day been made, or whereas you have this day been charged] before the undersigned, a Magistrate of the said Colony, for that you [here state shortly the matter of the information, complaint, or charge]: These are, therefore, to command you, in Her Majesty's name, to be and appear on the day, the day of at o'clock in the noon, at the said Police Court, before such Magistrate as may then be there, to answer to the said information [or complaint or charge], and to be further dealt with according to law.

Warrant when Summons is disobeyed.
