COMPANIES.

[No. 2.

(2.) Such period shall be calculated, in the case of an appeal from an order in Chambers, from the time when such order or decision was pronounced or when the appellant first had notice thereof, and in all other cases from the time at which the judgment or order is signed, entered, or otherwise perfected or, in the case of the refusal of an application, from the date of such refusal.

SCHEDULES.

THE FIRST SCHEDULE.

FEES AND CHARGES TO BE ALLOWED TO SOLICITORS.

1. For preparing and drawing up every order made at Chambers and attending at the Registrar's Office to get the same entered

2. For engrossing every order, in addition to the above, per folio.

3. For other duties performed, according to any scale of fees and charges or the practice of the Supreme Court for the time being in force.

THE SECOND SCHEDULE.

COURT FEES.

In Judge's Chambers.

1. For every summons $1.50

2. For every order drawn up by the Judge's clerk $5.00

3. For every advertisement $1.50

4. For every certificate $0.50

5. For every oath, affirmation, declaration, or attestation upon honour $5.00

By the Registrar.

6. For every order made in Court $1.50

7. Do. in Chambers $1.50

8. For every office copy of an order $5.00

9. Upon the presentation of every petition $0.75

By the Registrar as Taxing Master.

10. For every summons, but not more than one summons is to be issued on one bill or set of bills, unless the Registrar thinks it necessary to issue a fresh summons $0.75
