After the time fixed by the advertisement no claims shall be received (except as herein before provided in case of an adjournment), unless the Court thinks fit to give special leave, on application made by summons, and then on such terms and conditions as to costs and otherwise as the Court may think fit.

A creditor who has come in and established his debt in Chambers under any judgment or order shall be entitled to the costs of so establishing his debt, and the sum to be allowed for such costs shall be fixed by the Court, unless it thinks fit to direct the taxation thereof; and the amount of such costs, or the sum allowed in respect thereof, shall be added to the debt so established.
