6(1) Any breach of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed an offence and shall be punishable on summary conviction before a Magistrate.

(2) The penalty for any breach of section 3 (1) shall be a sum not exceeding ten dollars for every passenger carried in contravention hereof, and the person liable therefor shall be the master or other person in charge of any steamer or other ship or vessel mentioned in such enactment.

(3) The penalty for any breach of section 3 (2) shall be a sum not exceeding fifty dollars.

(4) The penalty for any breach of section 4 shall be a sum not exceeding one thousand dollars, and the person liable to such penalty shall be the master or other person in charge of any steamer or other ship or vessel mentioned in such section.
