E it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the

Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 16 of 1887 is hereby amended by substituting the figures 28 for the figures 27 in the said section.

An Ordinance for amending the Laws relating to Public Health

in the Colony of Hongkong.

[30th May, 1888.]

WHEREAS it is expedient to make provision for preserving and promoting the public health in this Colony: Be it therefore enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited for all purposes as The Public Health Ordinance, 1887.
