Hongkong. It appearing to this Court that the plaintiff entered his plaint and caused the above defendant
to wit.
to be summoned to attend this Court for (here state the cause of action or complaint;) and the said plaintiff having failed to prove his said plaint, it is hereby ordered and decreed by the said Court, that the plaint of the said A. B. be, and the same is hereby dismissed: And that the said defendant do recover against the said plaintiff the sum of
