Arrangements are made in the Steamers throughout for the convenience of the Native Mer. chants of India, proceeding as passengers and cer- tain accommodation is reserved in those from Cal- cutta, for Passengers from Chins, joining the Suez line at Galle, to secure which it is requisite that a notice of at least two months be given to the Company's Agent here, the
