The ratifcution of the regulations agreed upon last year between H. E. Kiying ind M. Pinto regarding the shipping and settlement of Macao, has been reosived from Peking. An abstract of theo regulations was inserted in our XIIth volume, page 556, but the new and official copy is here given, translated from the Aurora of the 18th inst. 1st. The official correspondence between the Procuradar of the Senate, and the local native authorities shall be conducted on terms of mutual equality.
