A Building and the contents taken together, form one risk. Thus the above sums may be underwriften either on a Building alone, or the contents alous or, part on the Building, and part on the contents.
No Assurance is to be considered in foros until the Promium be paid.
Amongst other advantages of the Company, the Assured will be entitled to participate in the profits after five successive payments,
