It is hereby notified that a Sale by Public Auction of Crown Lands on Leases will be held on the ground to be sold on Monday and Tuesday the 28th and 29th Instant, the sale to commence-at Bo'clock in the afternoon of each day.
The following descriptive Statement of the Lots to be offered at the Sale is published for general information. The upset price of Lot No. 7 Spring Gardens, with the Buildings thereon, $5,000.
