Canton, between NESSERWANJEE ARDASEER BHANJAH and JAMSETJEE EDULGEE ATHA- JEE, and dissolved on the 31st December, 1853, that,- All Responsibilities of the Business up to the time of the Dissolutiou are solely vested in the said NESSURWAN- JEE ARDASEER BHANJAH, according to the Terms and Conditions of a Release executed mutually by the un- dersigned, on February 14th, 1855.

BISCUITS, BISCUIT DUST, OATMEAL, SCOTCH and PEARL BARLEY, FLOUR, TEA, LIME JUICE, Cook's FAT or SLUSH, Empty CASES and BOXES, old STAVES and CASKS, HEADINGS, old IRON HOOPS, Empty JARS, MEDICINE BOTTLES, and sundry other articles.

TERMS OF SALE.-Cash before delivery, and all Lots to be cleared before 2 o'clock on the following day.
