the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Ship per to the Company's Agents with the Bills of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold themselves responsible for any Detention or Prejudice which may happen from incorrectness in such declaration.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Estate, and Effects of the said Prisoner have been vested in the provisional Assignee by order of this Courr; and that the Schedule of the above named prisoner has been filed in the said COURT, and that it is ordered that the said COURT HOUSE, VICTORIA, on Wednesday the 19th day Prisoner be brought up for Examination at the SUPREME
