NOTICE is hereby given that the Estate, and Effects of the said Prisoner have been vested in the provisional Assignee by order of this Courr; and that the Schedule of the above named prisoner has been filed in the said COURT, and that it is ordered that the said COURT HOUSE, VICTORIA, on Wednesday the 19th day Prisoner be brought up for Examination at the SUPREME
of July, One thousand eight hundred and fiftyfour at 12 o'clock noon and in case any Creditor intends to oppose the discharge of such prisoner he must give notice in writing of such his intention to the COURT and such Prisoner two clear days exclusive of Sunday prior to the day of hearing.
