Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that CHAU
YEUNG carrying on business at No. 36 First Street Victoria Hongkong under the style or firm name of "YUE LAN AH KOW↑ has on the 26th day of September 1907 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Re- gister of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-
Trade Mark No. 1.
(a) A label bearing the Chinese clar- acters (To Yuen) at the top of a hexagonal figure.
(b) The distinctive device of two peaches attached to a stalk with leaves aud peach blossoms surrounding on the figure on the left is the letter "T" and on the figure on the right is the letter Y beneath the whole are the words "To Yuen".
Trade Mark No. 2,
(a.) A label at the top of which is a scroll bearing the words Yue Lan Ah Kow" beneath are the Chinese char- acters" (To Yuen).
(b) The representation of three stars. (e.) The distinctive device of three chinese male figures standing on a checkered floor on the right and left are borders containing Chinese characters.

The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicant in respect of Ten, in Class 12.

of Section 179 of the Companies Ordin- ance. 1865, a General Meeting of the Mem- bers of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Messrs. GIBB, LIVINGSTON AND COMPANY St. George's Buildings Chater Road Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong on Saturday the 4th day of January 1908 at 12 o'clock noon for the purpose of having an account laid before the inceting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolu- tion the manner in which the Books, Accounts and Documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

Application for Registration of Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that the YU HING LOONG firm (H) of No. 25 Wing Lok Street. Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, have, on the 21st day of September, 1907, applied for, the registration in. Hong- kong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-
(a.) The representation of two citrons with leaves and branches, and the words "Citron, Connell Milling Company" below the same. Above the mark
are the letters Y. . L. and the
Chinese characters 香椽嚜 (in
an ornamental border) meaning "Citron Mark ".
(b.) The representation of a Chinese block seal with a chain of four Jade- stone Links attached thereto. Above the whole are the Chinese characters
玉環爲記 (in a scroll) mean-
ing Jadestone Links as (our) mark" and the words "Yu Hing Loong" above the characters. Helow the mark are the words Seal Brand". (e.) The representation of a bunch of three carambolas on a branch with leaves. On the top of the mark are the letters Y. H. L. and the Chinese
characters 楊梅嚜 (in an orna-
mental border) meaning "Carambola Mark". Below the mark are the words "Carambola,-Connell Milling Company".
(4) The representation of au ornamental Chinese Incense Burner standing on four legs. Above the mark are the
Chinese characters 寶鼎嚜 (in)
an ornamental border) meaning "Precious Incense Burner Mark and the letters Y. H. L. above the same. Below the mark are the words Incense Burner, -Connell Milling Company";
in the name of the said YU HING LOONG firm aforesaid who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark (A) has been used by the Applicants since the beginning of this year in respect of Flour in Class 42 ad the Trade Marks (B), (C) and (D) are intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the same class of goods: viz., Flour, in Class
42.
