All Debts due to the said late Copartnership Firm are to be received by the said CARR LUCAS; and all persons to whom the said Partnership stands indebted, are requested to send their respective Ac- counts for liquidation to the said CARR LUCAS, who has assumed the Responsibilities of the said late Firm, and fully discharged the said MACkertoom GalooST MACKERTOOм from all Liabilities in respect thereto.
