HEREAS an Action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named ACHEEN against the above named WILLIAM BUCKLER THE YOUNGER, to recover the Sum of TWELVE THOUSAND AND FIFTY-FOUR DOL-

LARS AND THIRTY CENTS, due on Account stated between them; and it being alleged that the said WILLIAM BUCKLER the Younger, does not reside within this Island or its dependencies: a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued, returnable on the Thirty-first day of August instant, wherein

· CUNNINGHAM, Master of the Ship “ Ianthe,” is Garnishee.Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final Judgment in this Action the said WILLIAM BUCKLER the Younger, or any Person on his behalf, will give the Security and Notice and file the Appearance or Plea required by the Ordinance of this Island No. 2 of 1855, intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in Actions at law against Persons absent from the Colony," the said attachment may be dis- solved.
