and all other Persons, to produce any WILLS or CODICILS of the said THOMAS WILLIAM RIDDLES, deceased, (late of Cumsingmoon, within China, Master Mariner.) that may be in their pos- session, before the Supreme Court, on FRIDAY, the 26th day of June, a.n. 1857; or, if none, that the Next of Kin do accept or refuse LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION; failing which, Administration will be granted to CHARLES THOMAS WILLSON.

as it now lies sunk to the Main Deck, off Koнo Island, near Macao, with all STORES remaining on board on the day of Sale, will be sold by PUBLIC AUCTION, at the NAVAL YARD, on MONDAY, the 29th Junc, 1857, at 12 o'clock, unless previously disposed of by Private Agreement, for which TENDERS are now invited.

be seen at the Office of the undersigned.

CONTENTS AND VALUE OF PACKAGES ARE
REQUIRED.
A Written Declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shipper to the Company's Agents with the Bills of Lading or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold themselves responsible for any Detention or Prejudice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration.
