that a NEW SERIES of this Gazette will be published hereafter, to commence from the 7th instant, under a New Contract, and that

It is hereby notified, by direction of His Excellency SIR JOHN BOWRING, Her Majesty's Plenipotentiary and of Superintendent of Trade, &c., &c., that Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs has a pleased to appoint the undersigned to be Secretary in this Superintendency, vice WILLIAM Woodgate, quire, deceased."
