"OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Estate and Effects of each of the said Prisoners have ben vested in the Provisional Assignee by order of this Court, and that the Schedules of the above-named Prisoners have been filed in the said Court; and that it is ordered that the said Prisoners be brought up for Examination at the Supreme Court House. Victoria, on TUESDAY, the Twenty- ninth day of December, 1857, Noon; and in case any Creditor intends to oppose the Discharge of either of the sail Prisoners, he must give Notice in Writing of such his intention to the Court and such Prisoner, Two clear Days prior to the day of hearing.
