PLEMENTARY MAIL will be made up on the follow- ing morning. LETTERS recerived from 9 to 11 o'clock .., for a late fee of 6d.; and from 11 a.M., to 12 mM., for a late fee of 1s.

Letters posted between the hours of 11 and Half- past 12 o'clock must be prepaid.
