君上所定章程珽宜仰體 特派大臣已在天津安立和約誠爲美舉凡屬長民本宜敬謹遵依兩國
去卽爲違背和約之言不遵 大臣理當保護茲各處遍貼告示長紅大言恐嚇勒令本港良民 君上示敦友睦之心惟本港所居漢人甚衆向來守法安分爲英人理
事業速行歸
工者不少本
阻碍使本港街市日 物不得接濟其人卽顯然爲 人可以究辨至近來已有人設法禁止食物來港自示之後倘敢仍行禁止及設法 其巳離本港者准其回港復其事業否則實同仇讐本大臣斷難忍耐查明該地該 大清皇帝之意查香山新安兩縣標貼尤甚爲此示醶使大言恐嚇請人及遵依查辨之 人知悉尤使香山新安兩縣官紳知悉亟宜速將勒令漢人回去之告示長紅改正
