ICTORIA, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen,

· Defender of the Faith, to THOMAS EMERSON GREEN- HOW, HENRY Dresser, GEORGE - BAYLEY, and WILLIAM RIDLEY, and their Agents, Greeting: Whereas upon opening of the matter unto us in our Court of Chancery, on the Twenty-second day of September One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty- nice, in a cause wherein WILLIAM RAY is Plantiff, and you the said THOMAS EMERSON GREENHOW, HENRY DRESSER, GRORGE BAYLEY, and WILLIAM RIDLEY, are Defendants, upon the application of the

Plaintiff'; and upon reading an affidavit of Wiaras Ray, filed the Twenty-second day of September Chie Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-nine, an affidavit of William Hina, filed the Twelty-second day of September One Thousand Eight Hundred and Finys | nine, and the Record and Writ Chuk's Certificate of the filing of the Plaintiff's Bill; and the Plaintiff by his Solicitor undertaking to bide by any Order our said Court might thereafter think it to make respecting any damages that might be occasioned to you the Defendants by the Order of our sail Court, made on the said Twenty-second day of September the Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-nine, having been grated, and having signed the Registrar's Book to that effect accordingly, our said Court did oréer that Defendants, THOMAS EMERSON GREENHOW, HENRY an injunction should be awarded against you, the

Dresser, GroRGE BAYI EY, and WILLIAM Risley, to restrain you the said Defendants and your Agents, or any other person or persons, from selling or dis- posing of, causing or procuring to be sold or dis posed of, the Ship or Vessel called the “Justyn,” in the Plaintiff's Bill mentioned, advertized to be sold as therein mentioned, until the hearing of the said cause, or our said Court should make other order to the contrary: We therefore, in consideration of the premises, do hereby strictly enjoin and restrain you the Defendants, THOMAS EMERSON GREENHOW, HENRY DRESSer, George Bayley, and WILLIAM RIDLEY, and your Agents, or any other person or persons, under the penalty of Six Thonsaad Pounds, to be levied upon your and each and every of your Lands, Goods, and Chart is, to our use, from selling or disposing of, or causing or procuring to be sold or disposed of, the Ship or Vessel called the Justyn in the Plaintiff's Bill inentioned, advertized to be sold as therein mentioned, until the hearing of this cause, or our said Court minke other Order to the contrary. Witness ourself at Westminster, the third day of October, in the Twenty-third year of our Reign.

POST-OFFICE NOTIFICATION,

Tis hereby notified for general information, that on and after the Ast Jannery, 1860, the postage on NewsParas, sent between. Hoṣakose, and the UNITED KINGDO, by way of Southonpton, and Egypt, will be Twopence instead of one piny each as heretofore. This arrangement will apply also to NEWSPAPERS SCent between HosGrosg, and places through the UNITED KINGDOM via Southampton, and between HoseRONG, and paces short of the UNITED Kingnom, ¿e, Malta, Gibraltar, &c. No addi- tional rate will be levied on NEWSPAPERS for places through the UNITED KINGDOs when forwarded to ENGLAND, by way of Marseilles, or for New-raPERS contained in the Mails for FRANCR and SPAIN.

The Term NEWSPAPERS includes Prices Current, and all Publications admitted to the privileges of a NEWSPAPER.
