encies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment, iras been issued, returnable on the First day of August next, wherein the SENIOR OFFICER OF HER MAJESTY'S COMMISSARIAT at Hongkong, is Garnishee: Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time hefore final Judgment in this action, the said CHARLES FELLOWES, or any person in his behalf will give the security and notice, and file the appear- ance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island, intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate, Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.

Her consumption of Coal is 19 tons per diem, carries 200 tons of Fucl in her bunkers, and has very large capacity for Cargo. The Steamer is in good order, and ready to proceed on any voyage.
She is well adapted for the Batavia, Siam, Straits, or Coast Trade, and has excellent accommodation for Passengers.
Her Inventory contains every requisite, including Duplicates of the principal portion of her Machinery. The Steamer may be inspected at any moment. If not sold within a few days, she will be despatched to Calcutta. For further particulars, apply to
