By His Excellency Sir HERCULES GEORGE ROBERT ROBINSON, Knight, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice- Admiral of the same, with the Advice of the Legislative Council of Hongkong. HERCULES G. R. ROBINSON.

An Ordinance to apply a Sum not exceeding Sixty-six thousand one hundred Pounds to the Public Service of the Year 1861.

[17th December, 1860.]

Whereas the Expenditure required for the Service of this Colony for the Year 1861 has been estimated at the Sum of Sixty-six thousand and ninety Pounds, and seven shillings: Be it enacted and ordained by His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:—

A Sum not exceeding Sixty-six thousand one hundred Pounds shall be and the same is hereby charged upon the Revenue of this Colony for the Service of the Year 1861, and the said Sum so charged shall be expended as hereinafter specified, that is to say:-
