No. 773.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under:--

On Saturday, the 30th November :-

From Stonecutters, in a Westerly direction, at ranges up to 6,000 yards,

commencing at 2 p.m., and finishing at 6 p.m.

If the weather is unfavourable on the above date, practice will take place on the follow- ing day.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

No. 774.—It is hereby notified that a meeting of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace will be held at the Magistracy, at 2.15 p.m. on Friday, the 29th November, 1907, for the purposé of considering the following application under the Liquor Licences Ordinance, 1898, (Ordinance No. 8 of 1898), viz.:-

From Mrs. P. WISSING for a publican's licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors on premises numbered 266 and 268, Queen's Road Central, under the sign of "The German Tavern".

No. 775.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Monday, the 25th day of November, 1907.

The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years, less 3 days, at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.
