An Ordinance to extend to this Colony certain Rules and Orders of the Superior Courts at Westminster.
[30th April, 1860.]
Be it enacted and ordained by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
Rules, &c. to be ex- I. The Rules, Orders, and Regulations of the Superior Courts of Westminster, tended to this Colony respectively specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, are hereby (mutatis mutandis)
extended to this Colony.
Passed the Legislative Council of Hongkong, this 30th Day of April, 1860.
