An Ordinance to extend to this Colony certain Rules and Orders of the Superior Courts at Westminster.
[30th April, 1860.]
Be it enacted and ordained by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
Rules, &c. to be ex- I. The Rules, Orders, and Regulations of the Superior Courts of Westminster, respectively specified in the Schedule hereunto annexed, are hereby (mutatis mutandis) extended to this Colony.
