OTICE is hereby given that by an Order of

this Court bearing date Fourth day of Fe- brnary instant, the Shareholders of the said ASIA-

TIC MARINE INSURANCE OFFICE are required to pay the further Sum of Company's Rupees TWO THOUSAND Assessed in respect of each Share held by them respectively on or before the following dates that is to say the Share- holders resident in Calcutta or the Suburbs. thereof on or before the Second day of April next, the Shareholders resident in Hongkong and Bombay on or before the Second day of July next, and the Shareholders resident in Great Britain and all other places not mentioned in the said Order on or before the Second day of October next, and that the Official Assignee will be at liberty to apply that the defaulting Share- holders be adjudged to have committed an Act of Insolvency according to the provisions of the Indian Insolvent Act Dated this 10th day of February, 1860.

Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transhipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the same.
