Be it enacted and ordained by His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong, with **Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-
RATE OP INTEREST.
I. That so much of Ordinance No. 3 of 1857 as extends to this Colony the Act 19th_Repeal of portion 20th Victoria, Cap. 25, entitled "An Act to amend the Law relating to Drafts on akers," is hereby repealed.
