With reference to Government Notification No. 37 of the 16th Instant, it is hereby made known that His Excellency The Governor in Council has this day granted to HO-ALAONG of the Chee-Loong Shop, and ING-AYU of the Fook-Loong Shop, the Exclusive Privilege of preparing and selling prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong and the Waters thereof, for the period of One Year from the 1st Proximo.
