Notice is hereby given, that the Crown Lands known as Pedder's Hill, Morrison's Hill, and Hos- pital Hill (North End) with the Bungalows thereon erected, will be sold by Public Auction at Pedder's Hill, on
Monday, the 16th day of April next, at 4 O'clock P.M. Immediately after the above will be sold two lots on Victoria Peak in the vicinity of the Sanatarium, and one lot near Mount Davis.
