On the East-
The Western Entrance of the Lyemoon Pass continued from its North Entrance through the Channel Rock to North-east Boundary of British Kowloon.
On the West-
A line drawn from the Western Point of Hongkong to the Western side of Green Island continued to South-east Point of Chung-hue Island and thence to Mainland of China and to include all the Waters comprehended between these. lines.
The Harbour shall be divided into Two Anchorages, viz., the Northern and Southern.
Northern Anchorage shall have for its Southern Boundary the North extre- mity of Hongkong shut in with the Southern Point of the Kowloon Peninsula bearing East by South.
Southern Anchorage shall have for its Northern Boundary, Kellett's Island or Hongheong bearing East by South South.

XXIV. That it shall be lawful for the Harbour Master to direct and enforce the Anchorage fixed for N. E. Mousoon, and Anchorage of Ships in the Northern Part of the Harbour from 1st June to 30th Septem- ber, and in the Southern Part of the Harbour from 1st October to 31st May in each Year or otherwise, as to the Harbour Master shall sceri fit; and it shall be lawful for the Harbour Master to permit a Ship to anchor in the South Part of the Harbour during the period first above mentioned, or in the North Part of the Harbour during the period last above mentioned for the purpose of discharging Cargo and for a specified space of time.

XXV. That it shall be lawful for His Excellency the Governor from time to time Anchorage for Men- to set apart a special portion of the Harbour for the Anchorage of Ships of War, and within such portion of the Harbour no Merchant Vessels, or Native Craft, or Boats of any description shall be permitted to anchor without the special sanction of the Harbour Master in each case obtained.
XXVI. That it shall be lawful for the Harbour Master to fix from time to time the Place of Anchorage for River and Coasting Steamers and to grant permission to the owners of such Steamers to lay down permanent Moorings to be by him approved, not- withstanding anything to the contrary contained under Sections XXIII and XXIV of this Ordinance, but that no River or Cousting Steamer shall drop Anchor or moor within the Fairway provided under Section XVIII of this Ordinance.
XXVII. That a Copy of this Ordinance shall be delivered to each Master of a Vessel entering the Harbour, and that ou neglect to return such Copy on obtaining Clearance a Fee of Que Doller shall be payable by such Ship Master.

Cases arising under this Ordinance to be
XXVIII. That where no Penalty is attached by this Ordinance for the breach or infringement of any Provisions therein contained, the Penalty in such cases shall be 8d by the Marine Sum in the discretion of the presiding Magistrate, not excecaling Twenty-five Dollars; Magi-tinte. and that all cases occurring ander such Ordinace shall be tried by and adjudionted upon before the Marine Magistrate for the time being, to whom it shall be lawful, on conviction, to enforce payment of all or any of the foregoing Penalties when necessary by imprisonment for a period not exceeding Three Calendar Months.
XXIX. That when it shall happen that the Office of Marine Magistrate shall be in abeyance or otherwise temporarily vacant, it shall be lawful for the Chief Magistrate, or Assistant Magistrate, or any Stipendiary Magistrate, or any two Justices of the Peace of the Colony to adjudicate upon all cases and enforce all Penalties heard and deerced under this Ordinance.

The subjoined Schedule of Balances of Intestate Estates is published for general information, and Notice is hereby given that those Balances for which no application shall have been made within Twelve Months from this date, will be carried to the credit of the General Revenue of the Colony in terms of Section III of Ordinance No. 6 of 1854.
