OTTAWA, Captain WRIGHT, with Her Ma- jesty's Mails, Passengers, Specie, and Cargo, will leave this for the above places on Sunday the 1st December, at 9 A.M.
CARGO will be received on board until 5 P.M. on the 29th, SPECIE until Noon on the 30th, and PARCELS until 5 P.M. on the 20th.

Contents and Value of Packages are required·
* A written declaration of the Contents aue Value of the Packages for the Overland Routd is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Com- pany's Agents with the Bill of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detention or Preju- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration. Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transhipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the same.

Matthew Isaac Wilson does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Second day of December, 1861, wherein William E. Jones, Lionel Holdsworth, and Frederick IIor- sen Block are garnishces. Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before Final Judgment in this action the said Matthew Isnac Wilson, or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "AnOrdinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persous absent from the Colony" the said Attachinent may be
dissolved.
