Framjee Eduljee, against the above named Pes- tonjec Rustomjee Bhote, to recover the sum of One thousand dollars, for money lent to and money paid for the use of the said Pestonjeo Rustomjes Bhote by the said Bamanjee Framjee Cama, Her- nuusjee Eduljce, and Franjee Eduljce, and it being alleged that the said Pestonjee Rustomjee Bhote does not reside within this Island or its Dependen- cies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Tindfth day of November, 1261, wherein J. A. Shophord, Master of the Bri- tish ship Ally, is Garnistice. Notice is hereby
given thereof, and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Pestonjer Rus- tomjec Blote, or any person on his behalf, will give the Security and notice, and file the appear- ance or plea required by the Ordinance of this 1s- land intituled “An Ordinamen to provide for and regulate process in action at Low agaiust persOPS absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.
