Contents and Value of Pechages are required. A written declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Com- pany's Agents with the Bill of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detention or Prejn- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration. Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transhipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the saine,

FAZULBOYE, Defendant. WHEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Yacool Noor Mahomed against the above named Fazulboye to recover the sum of One thousand One hundred and Sixty Dollars and Ninety- four Cents for board, lodging, clothes, attendance, and other necessaries furnished by the said Yacoob Noor Madiomed to Sera, a Child of the said Fazul- bove at the said Fazulboye's request, and for money paid by the said Yocoob Noor Mahomed for the said Fazulboye at his request, and it being alleged that the said Fuzulboye does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Twenty-fourth day of August instant, where Rymooboye and Pestonjve Eduljee res- pectively of Pongkong are garnishers, Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time be- fore final judgment in this action the said Fazul▶ bove or any person on his behalf will give the seenrity and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled Âu Ordinance to provide for and regulate pro- cess in actions at law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dis- solved.
